Order Confirmation & Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cades Home Office. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the order and shipping process.
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This indicates that your order has been successfully received in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.
Upon receiving your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to verify product availability.

If any item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.

If your item is confirmed to be in stock and ready for shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will finalize the payment and submit your order for fulfillment.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking information within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse, using the email address provided at checkout. Please note that tracking numbers for some larger furniture items may take additional time to become available, as they often ship through specialized freight carriers with longer processing times.
