Order & Return Policy

At Cades Home Office, we are committed to the quality and craftsmanship of every item we offer. While returns are rare, we strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order details prior to purchase to ensure the selected items meet your needs and will fit your space. Proper planning helps avoid complications, delays, and unnecessary expenses.


Before Placing Your Order

To ensure a smooth and successful shopping experience:

  • Measure your space carefully to confirm that your new furniture will fit comfortably in the intended location.

  • We recommend using masking or painter’s tape to outline the furniture dimensions on your floor for accurate visualization.

  • Product measurements and specification sheets are available upon request when not listed online.

  • Review all estimates and invoices thoroughly to verify product details such as sizes, finishes, and quantities before confirming your order.


Delivery Guidelines

Please follow these steps upon receiving your order:

  • If you choose not to keep an item, do not unbox or assemble it.

  • If any item arrives damaged, please take clear photographs immediately and contact us to initiate a replacement request.

  • Do not refuse delivery unless instructed to do so by us. Refused deliveries without prior authorization will result in the customer being responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns

All returns are subject to the following terms:

  • Authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring items are safely and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% will apply to all returned items.

  • Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, with all parts and accessories included, and in new, unused condition.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund.

  • Orders that have already been prepared for shipment or shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
